1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging PARADOZ INC. for travel panning and booking services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and PARADOZ INC.

2. Services Offered

• Custom itinerary design and planning
• Booking of flights, accommodation, and transportation
• Visa assistance (submission dependent on embassy requirements)
• In-trip concierge and emergency support

3. Booking & Payments

A deposit is required to initiate the planning process. Full payment schedules will be outlined in your service proposal. Prices are subject to availability until booked.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by supplier (airlines, hotels). PARADOZ INC.'s service fees are non-refundable after itinerary delivery. We will advocate for you to maximize refunds from suppliers according to their terms.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

• Ensure passport validity (usually 6 months beyond travel dates)
• Provide accurate personal information for bookings
• Obtain necessary health vaccinations and travel insurance
• Comply with local laws and regulations of destination countries

6. Limitation of Liability

PARADOZ INC. acts as an agent for third-party suppliers. We are not liable for acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such suppliers or for any personal injuries, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting thereform.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or strikes.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate local courts.
